I think first you should try and eliminate some of these situations, if you can. Even just little ones. For example, if a friend is being nasty, just stay away for a while and hang out with someone else, if you're being bullied, talk to a teacher to get them punished and just try to avoid those people. I don't know what type of situations you mean, but definitely control the ones you have choice over.

Find some things that calm you down. Listening to music is definitely worth trying, look up some soothing music you like on Youtube and use a Youtube To MP3 converter to download free and put on a MP3 player, iPod whatever. If you like reading, find a quiet spot and read for a while. If lying in bed helps, do that while at home. Gardening, sports, playing music, browsing the Internet, go for a walk etc. Just do those things whenever you can. Try to avoid thinking about whatever is making you stressed.

You should definitely go see your local doctor about this. They can give you ways to relax, and refer you to a counselor if they think you need one. A counselor would benefit you greatly, I think. Google free mental health services in your area, a lot of have clinics. During emergencies when you just cannot calm down, there are helplines available for you to call, again, Google ones available to your area. You can also ask the doctor to write you a note excusing you to leave class whenever you need to, and you can sit somewhere quiet away from other people to get your work done, so you don't fall behind. Because this stress and anxiousness is brought on by unique situations and not an underlying mental health problem, I doubt they'll prescribe you with any pills, and if they do, I recommend trying everything else first because the last thing you want is a dependance on medication.

Going to your school counselor will help as well, whether you do or don't see a doctor first. If you tell them what's happening, if you want, they can give your teacher/s a heads up so they're more aware and sensitive towards your situation. They can also organize ways to help you stay in school also.

Lastly, I really recommend you tell this to a trusted friend if you haven't already. Do it so you can vent like crazy, and you won't get a medical, or psychological, or parental response, but a friend response. Having someone can really help, especially if you have classes with them. If you start to get anxious, they are there to help calm you down, or take you somewhere so you can.

Hope this helps.

That's actually kinda normal. Its just stress affecting your body. Your immune system tends to be down during stressful times is all.

This happened to me too after something happened at school, I was sick the next day and felt like I needed to throw up but had nothing in my system to throw up

maybe you should go and see a doctor.
you could also possibly have a health issue.. it never hurts to go and see a doctor :)
