From your user name, it looks like the year you were born in was 1994, which would mean you're 13. It sounds like it's just a little tight, give it some time (I mean when you're a few years older maybe, Idk) and it'll probably loosen up. Just don't force it back, I think that could cause some problems, I can't remember exactly.

That's normal for guy's who are uncircumsised, nothing to worry about. :) If it's still worrying you when you're older, you can see a plastic surgeon about getting circumcised, it may cost a bit though as it's classed as elective surgery.

You've got a tight foreskin, along with at least 50% of guys your age, so this is fairly common.
Gently pull your foreskin back, slowly, when you're in the shower. Take it slow, do only a little each time, stop when it hurts, and it will loosen up. Do NOT attempt to pull it all the way back at once, this will take some time, weeks or months.

Just let it go naturally. It will loosen from masturbating and shit by the time you actually need it to completely retract in order to wear a condom.

Yeah I'm 13 and have an even tighter foreskin than you and I am doing as IAMSAM describes to loosen it up.

Yes, this is really common, I read somewhere that something like 50% of all 15y/o have retraction problems. What's really surprising to me is that no one prepares guys for this, where are the pediatricians (during exams) and dads on this?
Stretch slowly and gently, and you'll be fine. Circ is only necessary when the tightness interferes with urination or erection, or if you slam it back too abruptly now and get it stuck in the 'open' position behind the head.
Go easy, take your time, you'll be fine.

It's common. Don't worry about it, it'll loosen up on it's own as your penis grows. As IAMSAM mentioned you can do a few exercises to loosen it up, so it's up to you.

No, you're not weird, just lucky. Many guys don't loosen up their 'skins so they're tight. Yours was loosened properly as you grew.
Surprisingly (I gotta say this again), it's remarkable that dad's and doctors don't tell their uncut guys about this, as it's easily avoidable.

I don't know how common it is, but my siblings and I have all had it. But IAMSAM speaks the truth, you can loosen it up carefully. I used to do that every day after school (no further details will be offered :-))

It can't get stuck unless you really force it back. Just do it gently, stop when it hurts, remember this will take time, don't try it all at once.

Your only 13 so I reckon give it some more time and pull it back a wee bit at a time, like pull it back as far as u can without it hurting everyday and it should stretch but if it is still a problem in your late teens (17-19) I would recommend circumcision.
Hope That Helps :)

At birth, the 'skin is attached to the glans ('head'), so it doesn't move at all. It gradually seperates, and in guys who are taught to retract to wash, it naturally 'stretches', so it can be fully, and easily, retracted.
About 50% of all 15 y/o cannot retract, and I suspect that most of them cannot because they weren't retracting during childhood. if you can retract easily, you're lucky, you've probably been doing it all along. If not, there's the stretching exercises to loosen it up. Either way, by the time you're an adult and ready to use it, your foreskin should function just fine.
