I just got a picture sent to me by a random guy of his cock and what I assume is cum on his computer screen. This would be okay-ish, but it's a picture of me on the screen. Has this happened to anyone else?

This is, like Lewis said, highly inappropriate, bordering on sexual harassment. If this person is under 18, it's considered child pornography and is illegal, so you should delete it UNLESS you want to peruse this and have him punished. If he is over 18, then he's basically providing a minor with porn, so either way, this is not good. If he is over 18, I do recommend reporting him somehow, if it's online, block and report him on the website, if it's on your phone, call your service provider to have the number blocked.
If the picture of you was just a casual picture, then you have nothing to worry about, but if it has nudity, then the boy can be in trouble for having or accessing child pornography, that has serious serious consequences, like being registered as a sex offender and jail (if over 18, if under, not as bad, probably more a warning than anything else).
Do not contact him, and if he contacts you or sends you more inappropriate stuff, tell you parents, and get them involved.
Seriously though, block him on every social platform you can (Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Myspace, mobile phone etc)

Hasn't happened to me. Hope it doesn't. It's one thing if you go looking for stuff like that, it's another when someone shoves it in your face.

I think that's gross and really creepy. If I was you I'd just ignore him and delete everything about him on every site you go to.
I suppose if he still does it you'd have to change your email addy and facebook and everything else.

i agree, it seems WAY too coincidental to not be someone you know (they would not only have to get a picture of you, but "conveniently" just so happened to know the number of the person in the photo? i don't buy it. ) so start with people you know or who are on friends on Facebook, Hotmail, Gmail, etc.
i'd report the sender anywhere and everywhere it might be from, tell your parents and take your photos off Facebook or wherever they originally got it (you should have a pretty good idea of where it came from by looking at the photo of you, where it was taken, etc.)
i'd even tell the police because that constitutes soliciting sex with a minor, distributing sexually explicit materials to a minor, sexual harassment, stalking, and a bunch of other stuff (especially if you're under 18). since this was clearly done with the intent of scaring you its obvious it was done maliciously (i mean its definitely not accidental)
Also, police have technology to track where it came from, when it was taken, who took it, they can even tell where in the world the photo was taken using GPS tags hidden in the photo's coding. basically, if you asked them to and they considered it a crime worth researching, the police are virtually guaranteed to find this creep because digital things are easily traced.
if you report it to the authorities you will always remain anonymous as the victim
Don't let embarrassment of having someone do this to you keep you from getting justice for it, you deserve better than to have boys/men/whoever doing things like this to you, and besides, what if there are more photos like this and they are being sent to more people than just you?

Vary scary indeed. I wouldn't mind if it didn't have a picture of me on the screen, but that's really weird.
My girlfriends get lots of pictures of guys, but I never get them. I have only had one and that was from a girl showing her business :P I'm not bi, but when I got that picture I started to think about it for a minute or two
