So I haven't been in a relationship for like, three years... I started being homeschooled in 2013 and don't really have any friends who I would date. Where could I go to meet girls offline?

Also I really don't know how to approach a girl. I've always been kind of a loner and my only friends talked to me first. It's kinda sad but I really have no clue how to make friends or anything.... o.o (and im 16)

You're young, there's no need to be in a relationship.
Just be yourself, you'll find the right girl, one day.
Don't feel like you need to be in a relationship, because it seems like everyone else is.
Love happens at different times for everybody.
You don't need to rush into a relationship.

Being homeschooled makes it harder to socially interact with your peers and being a loner just makes things more difficult. Most schools have programs where the home school students can interact with the regular students and of course there is always sporting events you can attend to interact. As for approaching a girl it's really not as difficult as most guys make it out to be. Most guys in your situation have a hard time approaching girls because the fear of rejection. You just have to put yourself out there and even though it won't always work out you keep trying and eventually you will find that someone.
