What would u change/add to ur current sex ed class (if you have one)...
I'm a lil disappointed with what was taught in those classes... the things that we discussed were very basic and really didn't learn much..
My question is.. what have u learned in those classes? and what do u think needs to be changed or added??
For me i would...
1) More discussion on masturbation
2) Fewer discussion on the use of condoms.. do we need to spend 3 weeks talking bout it!!

I'm not sure i learned a whole lot i didn't already know but it touched on all the basics of human sexuality and contraception. I think a lot of parents would be against teaching anything more than they already do in my school.
3 weeks on condoms does sound a little excessive but i doubt any school would teach about masturbation in depth.

That's true. The parents are gonna complain if anything on the topic of masturbation was discussed during class time.
Problem is, most ppl obtain their knowledge via the media (i.e. porn). Hence the expectations for sex increases. Also, teens are "brainwashed" by the media as to what is considered sexually attractive and what sex should be like. I feel that schools should rectify the problem by engaging students into more open talks about sexuality.

i was always pissed off about the fact that they never admit the truth about things.
The teachers always say shit like: the reason teens have sex is to pretend that they're adults, and because it's fun...
no, that's bullshit.
truth: teens are fucking horny and sex feels amazing.
...
and hw in the class is like wtf? why homework?

When I had that class, I was way ahead of them. I already know most if not all of everything taught in there.
Changes:
-give examples of different types of sex: vaginal, anal, oral, blowjobs in a quick 5 min video courteousy of PornHub or sementhing like that

We don't even offer a sex ed class at my school. Which is probably why one in every five girls in school is pregnant. It's literally spreading like mono.

Internet lol. I pretty much had to figure it out of my own. I had some older friends in college and stuff that helped out, but for the most part it was just a learn as I go sort of thing.

we learnt about puberty and saw a cut in half picture of people having sex to make a baby, and yeah shit loads of being told how to put on a condom and not to do anything until we are older, they said most people dont loose their vaginity until they are 18 - bullshit!

I bet that would go over good with the parents even though the majority of kids have already seen that stuff on the web. Why not just pair up the boys and girls in the class and they could get up in front of the class and give an oral report lol

Ha ha ha ha ha LOL I was going to add that to my post. But some people are shit heads and they might degrade my reputation. Thanks for saying that. Why not just doing an "experimental assignment" where a girl and boy pair do an oral report. CLASSIC. I'm going to annonomously put that in my shcool's box of suggestions!!!

I learned enough to know how everything happens. I hated it because they kind of made it a point for us to be deathly afraid of sex by scarring our minds with std pictures. They shouldadd more realism, relationship factors involved, and how to be responsible and open about your sexuality.

I do agree with you to a certain extent. There are some religions that do not advocate the expression of one's sexuality. At least not publicly in a school setting. Thus, those religious students may feel uncomfortable partaking in those classes. The point of Sex Ed is to "get the message across" without offending anyone.
