Not gonna lie, there are part in TFIOS when John could have picked up his game a bit, but the plot is just so beautiful, and the characters are so intelligent, and it's just a beautiful book. Lots of laughs, but also tears.

Some of my friends are obsessed with it, but I'm scared to read it because it's very depressing apparently.

Oh my fucking God. The Fault In Our Stars is without a doubt the most AMAZING book I've ever read, and I read a fucking lot. It was so good. And Thirteen reasons why is a good book, you'll like it too. Also, John Green wrote a book called Looking For Alaska and you'd love it too!

I'm thinking of reading more JG books, but has anyone here read Will Grayson, Will Grayson? I mean, it was good, but it had some really boring parts and the ending, in my opinion, was a let down. There seemed to be a lot of loose ends too, like things weren't sorted out and in some cases things were built up too much. I'm afraid his other stuff will be like this...

I heard about it, and apparently, it was good. TFIOS was not a letdown, though.
I deem this the John Green Book Discussion Thread.
