I can eat loads, and eat and eat and eat, till I throw up but yet during all that even without breakfast and stuff I never gain a thing and I seem to notice that I don't put on any fat and I seem to be able to lose weight but never gain it. Do I have an eating disorder?

I'm exactly the same, I don't think it's a disorder though, I think it's just fast metabolism.

That isn't an eating disorder. As long as you're eating healthily keeping healthy then you have nothing to be worried about. Like stated above, you probably have a fat metabolism and it's really nothing to worry about. If you're worried you can calculate your BMI here (http://pediatrics.about.com/cs/usefultools/l/bl_bmi_calc.htm)and check that there's nothing wrong but I'm sure your weight is fine, the calculator is just to reassure you and even then, if it shows you as being underweight then it's not something you should be particularly worried about. Sometimes it's just the structure of your body of your metabolism and BMI doesn't take this into consideration.

You just have a high metabolism, like me. I can eat all I want, yet not gain anything. It's nothing to be worried about.

You guys with the high metabolism are so lucky!!!

But if you actually do want to gain - whether it's for aesthetic purposes or sports purposes, then try eating more protein/healthy fats in your meals. Also eat more than 3 meals a day e.g. in between breakfast, lunch and after dinner.

I have a friend who's bulking up, and he is CONSTANTLY eating. He'd always have protein bars, cans of tuna, sliced boiled eggs etc for snacks. For main meals, it'd always have a large slab of meat in there or fish :P Also loads of veggies for fibre so that your digestive system can handle the sudden increase of food.
