You say it's big & thick when erect. That's great! So how can you be losing confidnce in it? You mite even be a bit bigger than the rest of us, when you're stiff. Dont do anything. Be proud of it. It doesnt get in the way and it isnt ovetwhelming. I think every guy should be proud of what they have down there. Its no big deal to be a grower than a shower
