when i was doing a video project with my friends, one of their parents watched all of the filming process... as a result the video wasn't really good, and it was very awkward filming it...

Ummm, I've never really experienced something like this at all. I guess the most protective parents was when they just wanted to watch the movie with me and my friend, but they were like behind us a couple rows.

My half-gf (complicated) wasn't allowed to have a cell phone, or a facebook, or watch YouTube, or view ANYTHING internet related.
She ONLY had an email, which was heavily watched by her dad.
She wasnt allowed to hang out after school, and she wasn't allowed to hang out with guys.
She was heavily monitored.

We didn't last very long at all. It wouldn't have worked out anyway. Her parents are WAY too strict.

What do you mean "friend's most overprotective parent"? It's because of my over protective parents that I have no friends. And I'm not happy about it.

Real movies are all filmed with dozens of crewmembers watching, so that's no reason for the end result to not be very good.

my friend's parents had to go over all of the script, what we were going to do, and that wasted time, so we could only film it once, so it wasn't really good.

i had a friend that could go places like very rarely, was not allowed outside at home, not internet, read her diary, made sure that they knew where and who she was with at all times.

Last summer I was at my friends house and I was texting my girlfriend. Well his mom asked who I was texting. I said "my girlfriend." Well then she wanted to know what I said. I asked why. She said it was a "household rule." I said no because one: It's my business. Two: because we were planning sex. I was NOT about to show her that... I immediately left.
