Today I had two, one in the morning and the other during the end of the school day(both were during school). But the second one was worse I stormed out of class during free time and walked around for a while to calm down then came back, got all my things and left. I haven't had a panic attack this bad in a while and today I was just building up and getting worse. Also they usually don't happen during school, more often then not they happen at home (and to calm down I go SH(I don't recommend that to others who have panic attacks to calm down) and don't eat, but I couldn't do that because It was really bad.)
My heart is beating so fast right now and I'm still not calm. Idk what to do I just want to feel okay!
I was wondering if anyone had any idea on how to tell my teachers and ask if I can permission to leave the room until I have calmed? And how would I tell my mom?, because I have already put enough on her 'plate.'

I suffer from anxiety and do get bad attacks and know how it feels. Usually use the SH to calm me down to a point. Firstly do the teachers or school councelor know anything about any other issues you may have? If not the other thing I can suggest is are there any teachers that you like more than others and so possibly ask them to see what they can do.
Has your mum accepted and had time to think about what you have put on her 'plate'?

1. No, my guidance counselor know one thing because I went into his office to report abuse and get help(if only that worked, but that's not so much his fault as it is my own)
2. I have teachers that I like more than others but if all the teachers I have don't know than what if it happens in that teachers class.
3. She really doesn't like that I self harm or have an eating disorder, but she tries her best. And shes really caring so being so depressed and always thinking of suicide is hard on her. I don't know if she can really take anything else because so many different things are going on.

Would you feel comfortable telling your counselor about your anxiety aswell, don't have to tell them more than you don't want to, just a suggestion.
Not too sure what to say but are there any lessons at all where you feel your anxiety is higher compared to other times?
If your mum knows as much as she does and has accepted and is there to support you, I would have thought she would want to know about the anxiety aswell. If your mum is struggling to come to terms with what's going on possibly a family therapist or someone like that to help aswell.

One of my teachers(of the two I've told so far) suggested I make an appointment to see my guidance counselor, so whenever he calls me in I'll tell him. Its not usually lessons its more when the class gets really rowdy(loud) and obnoxious. I don't really want my mom to know because I feel like I'm already so much on a burden on her, that's kinda why when I talked to my uncle yesterday I kinda half-lied to get out of saying I have panic attacks. My mom knows about the anxiety but not as far as having panic attacks.

As for your teachers, just tell them that you have the problem, maybe give them some facts, statistics on it, then explain that you might need out of class to go calm down sometimes.

Take each teacher aside, step out of the room preferably and explain to them that you experience severe anxiety and if you can slip out a few minutes away. I feel you on the anxiety from class being overwhelming, something I personally am working on as well. You can do this. From what you've said there, your teachers are doing what they can to help.
Is there a swingset on your schoolgrounds? Do you have a music device?
