All day today I was being nice. Trying to cheer my friend up, cos she ain't sleeping. I was really just trying to distract myself, cos my grandad died this day last week. And its just that I get no support. Every time i thought someone was going to ask me what was wrong, they just ignored me. Im not sure whether to see the school counsellor or not.

Do these other people know of your loss? I think that you should see a school counsellor or someone as it probably would help you manage with the loss a bit better maybe and help you deal with the thoughts and feelings. Sorry about your grandad aswell.

Yeah my friends know. Its almost like the minute something goes wrong, your on your own. I look out for my friends, I wish they would do the same for me.

Nobody wants to get into something if they don't know how far it goes one day your friend is sad than your stuck fixing their problem. I'd suggest talking to your school consular, most of them are very supportive and helpful, I hope this gets solved. Also my condolences to you Grandfather.

Thanks. This morning, according to school protocol, I left a note from my school journal under the door of the guidance counsellor. And I dont understand what you mean? Friends are there to help.

Sorry to hear about your grandfather. :( Focus on the good times and the great memories you have of him. :) If you feel you need to someone to talk to, then speak to your school counselor, they aren't there to judge or screen you. Good luck! :3 :)
