In my opinion, there is no such thing as a perfect penis. Every male has a penis no matter whether its curved or straight, circumcised or not. It is a feature of the male reproduction system and that is perfect enough.

A perfect penis would be uncircumcised, its foreskin loose enuff that you can always pull it right back behind the head & then pull it right out forward all over the head again, even when erect. The perfect penis would also be 5.5 to 6 inches long when nice 'n stiff, with a slight gentle curve upwards, with very smooth skin & not very sinewy looking.

For me a perfect penis would be around 7" long and 6" in girth. It is very stiff when erect and is curved up. It should be uncut and but you can pull the foreskin pull easily. It should look strong and when cumming it should shoot high and loads.
