Well, my best advice is to wait a bit and build onto your relationship if you should call it that. When you think you're ready to take it to the next level with her, ask her and see what she thinks.

Okay, first of all, you need tolk it through with her. Ask her if she wants to. If both of you are okay with it, then you can think about the pros and cons,
PROS
- Sex is one of the greatest feelings EVER.
- Sex forms a tight bond between you and the other person.
- It teaches you the beauty of people (I know it sounds corny.)
- It is the foundation of life.
- It forms trust.
CONS
- If you're not careful, you could end up with pregnancy or an STD.
- It could be really awkward if one person doesnt want it as much.
- Your emotions will be put to the ultimate test. Sex is very emotional thing and it could cause vomiting, depression, and regret if you aren't mentally prepared for what sex is.
- You could get in trouble with the law and parents if caught and under 18 and with out parents consent.
- You could be so into it that you could fall off the bed, hit your head, and get hurt. (happened to me....)\
best wishes,

The decision to have sex for the first time shouldn't be made in the heat of passion because no one is thinking clearly in those conditions let alone thinking of birth control. If your making out with this girl on a regular basis it's time to start talking to her about what kind of relationship this is (girlfriend/boyfriend or frieinds with benifits) and how far both of you are willing to go. If you both agree that it's intercourse you want than it's time to start talking about the responsibilities sex and birth control. I have been with guys and enjoyed making out but didn't want to go any farther and it's very awkward for both people if one assumes more than is intended

You can have sex with her when you learn how to use grammar.
