Whats the average penis size for a 13 year old im just curious cause i measured and i know i measured wrong cause it said 6 inches so thats why i came here thanks (:

There is no average for anyone between 12 and 21. I mean with all the development, average isn't a reliable source. If you really want to know, I'd google it. You'll get yahoo answers for sure.

well first off the right way is to measure the top of your penis from the base to head. im 13 and im 5inch

Every penis grows differently and is even independent on when you start puberty since everybody is growing differently at different rates.
It is quite hard to actually find out the average size of a penis when you're 13. But maybe you might get a general idea of what might be your penis size when you find out from more people your age.

Mine is a bit over 4 inches ( 4.5 inches ) I think people lie about having a 6 inch penis at 13

I'm 13 and about 6.5" erect. Others are closer to 4.5" erect. Everyone our age is different. But, you're probably fine the way you are.

It depends, you can have a different size at different ages so really there's no average

There is no average size, or good size or bad size for a 13 year old. It will grow, whether your 3 inches or 7 inches atm... It doesn't matter, you'll grow with time. You don't stop puberty until your 21! :)
