So i'm a 14 year old basketball player and I can grab the rim I really want to dunk but I have to increase my vertical leap a couple inches.If somebody knows any exercise to do that let me know :).<3

Ok first of all the Jump is an explosive movement.
So I suggest doing the following explosive lifts:
Snatches
Power cleans
Clean and presses
Clean and jerks
Also so keep them to low reps no more then 5,so that you do not risk messing up on your form.

thanks for your advice but I'm only 14 so nobody recommands to go and lift weights :)

Im 14 and I also play basketball but I am that close to touching the rim, and I am really tall

Well workingout with light weights will not hurt you though.

I suggest running hills to improve explosiveness.

Anything they works explosiveness should help
