Monthly Mood Swing

I have a couple friends who said their worst days are the first couple at the start of their period. Mine is only the day before. I get bad cramps and my mood is horrible at best the day before. I just try to avoid people the best I can that day. I really don’t think it has anything to do with the cramps. I think it actually is a different part of the period. I’m like a lose cannon with myself. I try to be good to others, but usually can’t be done that day. When the period actually starts, it isn’t really bad, except for being a pain in the ass and an inconvenience. How are your mood swings during this time of month and what part of your period do they occur?

I guess I get a little more bitchy than usual, but no one better point it out. LOL Getting a little sexy on during that time is a good way to mellow tho.

I'm usually moody and irritable a few days before it starts. Then for the first few days I'm on my period I have really bad cramps.

I'm very moody and irritable the week before and the first day of menses. After the first day, it's not so bad.

I am on a type of birth control that makes it so I no longer have a period. Before that, my mood swing would happen approximately two weeks before.

The day before it starts, I cannot cope with anyone being a little bit obnoxious that i fly off the handles. I get in shout fights with my brother and he's smart enough now to say: "guess 28 days have passed already" and I have but to laugh and brace for the next morning cramps and pains.

I do become a bitch like 24 hours before the river starts flowing. :P

It's always moody for me the day before and the first few days, then I'm ok. I feel sexy after that. :p
