I read where boys reach their sexual peak at age 18 and girls their sexual peak at age 40. Guess I feel bad for the boys, but must be really fun for them right now. Anyways, I was wondering…

Does that mean our orgasms keep increasing till we are 40? In which case, by age 25, I’ll to have to go to the Intensive Care Unit to have an orgasm…

Or

Does it mean our sexual wants, needs and desires keep increasing till we are 40? In which case, by age 25, I’ll need to quit my job, strip my clothes off and lay in bed for the next 15 years.

And on a sicker thought, does that mean my Mom is a horny old lady and my Dad ain’t doing a thing about it. Guess that’s why they invented toys.

To answer your original questions, when they say guys peak at 18 I think that has to do with how long they can last and how short recovery is for them. But I’m pretty sure they stay at that level for at least 10 years or so because my bf is 26 and shows no signs of decline in that department. As for women reaching their peak at 40 really doesn’t hold as true today as it did a generation or more ago. Back then women were much more reserved in the way they acted on their sexual feelings. An example is that my mom told me that no girl would ever admit to anyone including her closest friend she ever masturbated back in the 80's whereas today it's just taken for granted that all girls to and if she says she doesn’t she's lying. Based on that I think women back then reached a sexual peak of enlightenment by the age of 30 to 40 because that’s when they really started exploring their sexuality and feeling good about their bodies.

As for your parents situation you would be in a better position to know what's going on there but it's common for guys in their 40's to go thru a mid-life crisis where they try to recapture their lost youth by turning their sexual attention to a much younger women in some cases by half or more of their own age and losing sexual desire for women in their own age group.
