he told someone he liked me months ago, but he never said anything to me. then when i thought he was gonna move, i realized how much he means to me. and just by how he's been lately, he seemed to like me too. i remember the day he came back when i thought i wouldnt see him again, i went out to hug him. my heart was beating so fast i thought i was gonna faint,and i hugged him tighter as he picked me up. i asked him to go trick or treating with me, just me and him and he said yes. i told a mutual friend last night that i liked him and he said he said i was cute. so today on the bus i mention a guy that asked me out, but i told him i didnt want to go out with him because i like someone else. he asks who, and i say its a secret. i ask if he likes anyone and he says kinda. (im thinking, just kinda?)i ask why he doesnt have a girlfriend, and he says he doesnt want one. so, my self esteem hurts. i was so sure he'd like me back.

I think the best think to do would be to tell this guy you like him. I mean the only think he is going to do is say that he dosent want to go out with you. I no it will hurt after but you are better just to get it out in the open than sit on it and wonder what could have happened. You never know he might like you and just be to scared to say anything.

If a guy says he likes you, seems happy in your company, agrees to go tricking with you, then he likes you. If its walk like a duck, and quacks like a duck, it is a duck, even if the duck doesn't know this.

He likes you, just go with it, don't force the issue, he doesn't like to talk about his feelings just yet. But all his actions indicate he's sweet on you.

I think that if the guy doesn't want a relationship then you should respect his decision but i think that the guy thinks ur cute and you tell him that you like him he will probably change his mind. You shouldn't force this upon him but i think that eventually he will change his mind but dont get your hopes up if he doesn't. Just see where this goes and hopefully it will go in your direction :D

no, come on now, i made it obvious that i like him, he says he doesnt want a girlfriend, then goes off with another girl at lunch. and when he was telling us he was going to have lunch with her instead, he said goodbye to everyone but wouldnt make eye contact with me. its not fun rejecting someone. why would i make him do that, kill our friendship, while putting myself through the pain of a solid rejection?

He may be too shy to actually tell you that he likes you.
As I have been told, a lot of guys are insecure and scared to be outspoken.
And, maybe he feels that having a girlfriend just isn't right for him right now.
