What kind of hearing problem would this indicate?

Some times sounds and noises seem to be highly amplified to the point of being painful for me to hear,even then they are at a normal pitch and sound level and do not bother other people.

Does it happen all the time or just sometimes if so for how long and how long has this been going on for

I don't know for sure could be an inner ear infection or an ear drum prob. either way you should get it checked out

It's happend twice,the first time not very long the second time for about 2 hours.
