I got poked by the safty pin on my badge from work today. It had blood coming from it, I put pressure on it to make more blood come out. (Really wasn't that much.) Since I heard that blood coming out cleans wounds. What are the chances of getting tetanus from something like this?

Very low. Tetanus is mostly from rusty objects. I wouldnt worry...

And as said before, as long as there's no rust you probably have absolutely nothing to worry about, except infection if you don't clean and put a bandage on it.

"Any puncture wound, especially one that is deep, can be infected with tetanus. Some seamstresses have contracted tetanus from sewing needles." From FDA site.

"1. Get a vaccine every 5 years (10 at most). Even cuts that seem relatively innocuous can introduce an infection.
* Persons receiving clean lacerations do not need to be re-vaccinated if they have been vaccinated in the last 10 years.
* Persons with dirty, large, or deep wounds, burns, or infected tissue need to be re-vaccinated if they have not received the vaccine in the last 5 years.
* Those with a questionable vaccine history should be re-vaccinated regardless of the severity of the injury."

As click has pointed out, the object doesn't need to have rust on it for you to contract something like tetanus. There is always a possibility. Though I find it unlikely that you have contracted it.
