I have no chest hair AT ALL and I just turned 15 a few months ago but maybe its a matter of time. Usually chest hair MIGHT appear around 15-18. But that really depends on your genes or heredity. The fact that your dad or uncle who don't have chest hair might affect the probablity that you might have chest hair.
