I don't have them but i know a girl that has and of course if you have them it's up to you if you want to wear a bra. and like anything else i'm sure there is a varatity of sizes and shapes she has the studs instead of the rings and of course they will show if your not wearing a bra. As for making your boobs sag, I doubt it. Just so you know if you do get the nipples peirced it's very painful and the pain last about a month and may cause the nipples to be less sensitive.

I got both of mine done. You can wear a bra, that won't stop you. They will show if you go without a bra just like your nipples will show without a bra. The pain only lasted a few seconds while the needle went through and for a day, it was just a dull ache and then it was gone. I think getting my belly button pierced was more painful.

Piercing nipples doesn't have anything to do with boobs sagging.

If you have small nipples, getting them pierced can often make them bigger. Mine got a lot more sensitive. The only thing I don't like is when I go outside in the cold, it's a weird feeling. My boyfriend loves them also.

Get them done and if you don't like it, you can always remove them and the hole will close up.

Any advice: you should def try it!!! they made me feel REALLY sexual. my mom found out and made me take em out and now there closed up. but i'll do it again someday.
