So I am now making my way into the tea world! I've been starting to drink some tea, and I'm finding it really good, and love the feeling down my throat! So my question is, how healthy is tea? Is it like a really good drink to drink far as health wise?!

But also the black tea is healthy, not only the green one and the coffeine in tea work diffrent to the one in coffee.

Tea is amazing for health. So much healthier than coffee, less caffeine in most varieties. Overall you're good with any tea, but I'd recommend green tea and the white tea is great for its antioxidants.
Don't know if you're doing tea bags or tea leaves, but if you're on tea bags I'd switch to loose leaf swiftly. I wouldn't start with loose leaf since overall the good stuff is more expensive, but I had some trouble enjoying varieties of tea at the beginning; it was very hit and miss. Then I took a trip to a real tea shop and got myself some loose leaf. I'm crazy for tea now. I will never drink another cup of bagged tea again.

every tea is great! i've had 3 cups of black tea (english breakfast style) today, a cup of red berry tea too.
green tea and black tea have been found to be almost equally as healthy as each other, except with black tea you tend to put unhealthy sugar and milk in there...

Tea is very good for you health. There are different varieties of tea that help you in different ways. Some helps with digestion, weight loss, etc. and actually, some teas do have more caffeine than coffee.

I love tea. It's wonderful and rather delicious. I guess I'm a good example of a British stereotype (and proud)!

Tea is exceptionally healthy.
Some believe that green tea is healthier because it is not oxidized in the same way black and brown teas are. Yet I still prefer a strong cup of black tea. Random tidbit, tea contains polyphenols which cause the caffeine in tea to be absorbed slower and over a longer period of time which causes a longer(although subtler) caffeine affect.
