So, since last week, i take 1 sleeping pill every 2 afternoons or so. My exams started this week and this is the only away i can enjoy school so to speak. I can pass without them, but i get really stressed and annoying.
Last friday i actualy took one with alcohol and men, it felt great. I was able to igonre my anxiety and go to the board and mess around (it was in the end of the class).
So should i stop? Is there any risks?

I definitely wouldn't take them with alcohol, but a sleeping pill every now and then certainly won't hurt you.

You are abusing them.
3 reasons:
1. You take them for the wrong purpose
2. You use them more frequently than needed
3. You abuse alcohol/other drugs with them
Despite what labels say, ALL SLEEPING PILLS ARE HABIT FORMING. You more than likely have an addiction. Although you may not be physically dependent on them, you are emotionally. There are other medications you can use for anxiety like hydroxyzine and vistoril that are used specifically for that purpose and are not addicting.
