Hi guys..
I very rarely masturabe but for the last two days I get the feeling that I want to masturbate and I have three or four times in two days. Also, liquid is coming out of my penis wen masturbating but how do I know its not urene as sometimes you cannot tell.
Also, is this a sign that I'm starting puberty?

I wouldnt say Its a definite sign. And if it's REALLY watery, its probably urine. I think that you are probaly in the early stages of puberty:D

Masturbating is a normal, healthy part of puberty. :) There's nothing wrong with what you're doing, it's all part of self-discovery.
And that liquid is most probably pre-cum, not urine.

if that liquid comes out when you orgasm then its cum but its not fully developed. and its normal to feel the urge to masturbate a lot once in a while. sometimes i dont feel it at all so i dont do it for a while and then there are times where i masturbate a few times in an hour >.<
