It sounds like you moght have the flu.
Just get as much sleep as you can. This doesn't sound like anything serious.
You should be feeling better within a few days.:)

What Bo said sounds right. Make sure you get as much sleep as you can and also make sure you drink a lot of fluids. Gatorade (or any drink like it) to replenish electrolytes (salts lost when when vomiting) and water to keep you hydrated. It's really important that you do that because when you're vomiting and have a fever it's very easy to become dehydrated, which can lead to bigger and worse things than what you have now. If you don't feel any better in a day or so or if your fever is 102 or higher then I would definitely take a trip to the doctor.

Sounds like Viral pharyngitis or strep-throat, in which case you just need to rest and drink plenty of fluids. Your lymph nodes are swollen due to the activation of your immune system there. Nothing serious, just take care of your sore throat with some throat-spray or lozenges and you should be good to go within a week.
If the symptoms don't go away after 10 days, then see a doctor.

Had the same for the past 5 days. Basically what Mike said you should do.
Also, if your body temp. gets to high, it's important that you take a semi cold bath or shower. That would help lower your temp. Also, honey and hot tea helps the throat situation.
Don't don't think this is minor, for all we know it could turn worse. This is the strongest flu, and I even saw on the news there is yet another strain found that they don't have a cure for. It also said the current flu shots work 60% of the time. So yes, it's actually very serious.
Lastly, I talked to my doctor and I was told to do cycles of Motrin and Tylenol. So that's what I did and it helped a ton.
