I'm confident that I'm not pretty or all that attractive, but I've come to accept it. It's unrealistic to think that everyone's physically attractive. I don't have any delusions - I'm not beautiful or eye-catching or appealing or alluring or anything like that in any way - but it doesn't bother me.

Don't let anyone tell you that you are ugly, that is very rude of them and don't ever put yourself down that much either. We are all pretty in someone's eyes. Some boys will tell you that you're pretty just to have sex with you so be careful ok.

Beauty comes from within. I think my eyes are too big sometimes, and I kind of have a goofy smile...

I never, never, never look at people as ugly. We are all beautiful, we just look different on the outside. One must love humanity in order to reach out into the unique essence of each individual: no one can be too low or too ugly !!!!

I know so many girls who think they are "ugly". About half of them are fishing for complements, and the others truly have had it beaten into their head that they are ugly.

It seems like these people think that if they're not a beauty or a head-turner, that they are ugly. Like if you're not a 9 or 10, you're ugly.

Almost every girl I've ever met is pretty in some way.

Plus, there are so many people out there who are waiting to put us down. Why would you jump on their bandwagon.

Be defiant.

(Plus, I've known plenty of rather unattractive adults, and most of them have wonderful partners and tremendous lives. And isn't that the point?)

Well, I know that I'm not stunning, but I wouldn't go as far as to call myself ugly. I quite like my skin; it's not too oily yet, but my nose sticks out quite a bit and my lips are very thin. I really like my eyes because they change from blue to grey to green, but one always looks bigger than the other which really annoys me. I guess I'm quite plain and overlooked.
But at the end of the day physical beauty doesn't matter, so I'm not too fussed.
