What do you have in common? Why are you asking her out? Is it just because she looks good, or is she someone you want to have a relationship with.

Having some things in common is an important factor, and if you don't know how to carry on a conversation with her, this would seem to imply that there's no spark/chemistry...

And why would you want to go out with someone who said, "idk, I'll have to think about it"?

Sounds like a total beeeeeyotch to me!
