there should be a member search. I know there is a search option, but there should be a search specifically to find members. Kinda like how you can search for fb people.

Not necessary whatsoever. If you put the members name in the search, odds are, if you take the time to just search a bit, you'll find the member.

You click search members on the right of this (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/memberlist.php) and that's basically what you're asking, right? If you go advanced settings you can search specific things.

Virtual teen is a help site, not a social network, there are mutliple methods of finding members using the existing search tools.
I guess I'm saying is that it seems completely unnecessary.
