Ok so I don't really have a problem I was just curious to see if anyone has any similar experiences. When you see someone you like are you always checking their profile on facebook, looking at their twitter, doing random google searches and getting excited when you find they posted youtube videos, etc? Or even go particular routes in school to see them for a few seconds? I'm not that popular and don't really have a reason to talk to the people I like so this is the only way I can feel close to them, do any of you do the same things or something similar?

All day every day.
Facebook stalking is fun too :D
I basically know my crush's entire schedule, and she doesn't know I exist.
I'm a pro lol :p

When I liked this boy, I would kind of memorize which way he entered the school, and where he would hang out during breaks. I would check his Facebook and Tumblr very frequently. I don't really think that's stalking because we were friends at the time, we'd talk on Messenger and text.
But right now, I'm interested in a girl, and she barely knows I exist, and I do the same, go through her Facebook status's, Likes, check-in's, photos, whatever. I think it's kind of stalker-ish, just on the basis she doesn't know me, but we have talked a few times, we are Facebook friends.

I always thought everyone did it to some degree depending on how well you know the person. Just wanted to see if what I was doing was over the top but I don't feel as weird now so thanks xD. Continue discussion if you can relate!

I do this, but looking through photos of them with their friends and then seeing them with their friends at school just makes me feel bad.

^Ya I can relate to that as well. I only do this kind of stuff because I'm not close to the person I like in the first place, so when I do see them at school and even in photos it used to fuel my depression quite a lot. I think I'm in a better place now, I'm strangely ok with it all.
Wonder.

I can one-up you all on stalkereyness (I invented a new word!): I've looked through someone's emails before. It was a long time ago and I only looked at two or three. I regretted it immediately afterwards. Other than that one time, I've never really stalked someone before in any way.

I'm currently doing this with my crush. I read his facebook daily, check his photos, text him, everything. Too bad it just ends up making me upset.

curently i like someone who i couldnt possibly have, so i do sometimes try to find out as much as i can about them... she is my best friend so we already share those things. shes dating someone and i love to see her happy so i allow myself to go through the pain of watching her on another dudes arm for her happiness.

Yeah I'll check his Facebook occasionally, but I'm not a creeper about it...or at least I try not to be!

I'm afraid to go on crushes pages in case they find out. I know, right, how would they find out? I don't know. I'm also afraid I'll "like" something, which would be so embarrassing, not to mention if I'm not fb friends with them.
Though a girl I liked recently, I spent ages trying to find her Tumblr because she just seems like someone who would have one, I had absolutely no reason to believe she had one other than just a hunch I got. I also started listening to one of her favourite bands and now it's my favourite band... not just because of her, I really love them :whoops: I try not to go out of my way to see them, because I feel weird, but I often think about it.
I do stare a lot though. I just gaze at them and I'm always caught. So awkward.

We do the same thing. Even the music thing!
Like literally I would post EXACTLY what you wrote and it would be true to me in every sense.

Not really, maybe the facebook thing. Although, last year I would randomly go to my friend's locker just because it was right next to my crush's lol. But, I had him in 5 of my 7 classes, so I knew his schedule because it was the same as mine, sat next to him and talked to him basically all day.

No one knows Im Bi
There has always been this one boy since year 4 that i have liked and now I'm in year 10 and i still to this day check him out secretly at school and check his Facebook profile and pictures Almost everyday even though I have seen it all many times before
But knowing his whole Schedule is out of the question as I know he's not gay and there is no chance there

Everyone has done it sometimes you do it without knowing it. I remember it taking a month to kick in I was actually stalking someone when it just seemed like innocent keeping up to date on someone.

I can one up y'all. The person i use to like a while ago was someone I knew from summer camp and she was 21. I knew nothing about her. Via facebook I found her full name, then with google I found her adress and phone #. I also have found various people's info just by googleing a name. Yeah I'm a creeper I know. I dont really creep on anyone in real life though. Maybe Ill talk to them and hang out for a bit but offline Im not that bad. Just keep me away from the comp and no harm will be done.

I'm less the stalker than the stalkee. But there is a big difference between being interested than being a stalker. If you do it online, it's hard to tell the difference which is how some of you get away with it.
