I think I have testicular cancer, I'm not sure, i mean it feels like little nuggets are what in my ballsack (lol), i mean, i don't want to confront my mom about it, and i might wait it out, cuz tom green had it and he went to the doctor at like 20 sumtin years old, he put it on his show, and he's fine, so if i wait it out, is that okay, will i like, die? lol.

Well testicular cancer is not usually a killer, but it is A DEFINATE CHECK UP REQUIREMENT!!! If you are anxious about it go see a doctor.

Testicular cancer is usually accompanied by symptoms such as a aching in the testicles and abdomen and/or lower stomach, blood in semen, feeling lethargic and tired, decreased libido and testicular swelling.
Testicular cancer is curable, and at stage one has a 95% success rate.
It doesn't sound like you have cancer, it is possible it could be blocked sweat glands or something similar. But as you never know, I would suggest talking to your mum or dad and making an appointment with your GP. :) As uncomfortable and embarassing as that may be, it's better to be safe than sorry.

Cancer is certainly a frightening thought, esp. if you're aware of others who have it. However, at 14 the chances of you actually having testicular cancer are pretty slim. What you're feeling is probably normal, there is a lump lilke projection on the top of your testicles, it's where the cord thingy that attaches them to your abdomen is, and the scrotum itself does have some texture, the dartos muscle ,which gives it it's crinkly appearance in the cold.
As an FYI, cancer usually manifests itself with the kinds of symptoms that get your attention (blood, pain, etc), usually after it's been there a while (which isn't a good thing), which is why it's often a killer. Early detection (and of course, prevention) is important. Next time you're with yor doctor, have him show you how to do a testicular self exam, and what to look for.

While that is one of the symptoms, I wouldn't jump to conclusions as a lot of things could have caused that. I would definitely recommend getting it checked out, as embarassing as that might be, it's probably the best thing to do, and if there is something wrong, it would be better caught now than later.

I agree, or if you're too embarassed, then maybe talk to your doctor on your next physical.

No question about it: get it check out. Catch it before it's too late, do you really want your testicles to get to the point where they have to be removed? Think about it.

Well if i was thinking that a forum would be one of the last places I would go. Go to the doctor's if you're worried!
