How to approach girls?

Guys, how do i approach girls?
I intend to make friends with them, i don't really think they would like me the other way.

This question has been asked time and time again. the answer is to just go for it. It's alright to be nervous some girls think that's cute BUT whatever you do never fake your personality if they don't like you for who you are than you shouldn't their friend. The way I do it is simply: Going up to them, saying hello I'm [NAME], usually following up with "I don't believe we've met?" OR "How are you?"

Girls are just the same as guys, sure don't go up to them and fart or make a lewd comment about sex but just talk to them as mate. Talk about school, exams, crack a joke about the situation or just ask them questions. Girls love it when you take an interest in there life. Crack about them, don't be rude but just mock something they do. Literally just pretend that they are a mate, if you over think you will end up stuttering on your words so just play it cool. Just come right up and talk to them, we don't bite 9Most of us O.o). My guidelines would be:
1. Never pretend to be something your not.
2. Be your normal self (Even if your normal is weird :) )
3. Being shy is FINE, I know a lot of girls who like shy guys
4. Don't hang with those who obviously are using you (They don't deserve "friends")
