My therapist brought up at one point that i might have some form of bipolar or depression. She did a depression scale and said that it didn't seem accurate and that she would do it again later.

She hasn't said anything since then and i want to find out if i do have a mood disorder because that would explain a lot and therapy isn't helping that much.

I also got told that we would start CBT and that hasn't started either.

Just say it, straight up it'll be best don't hide it or make it hard to understand he/she is their to help you so you must help him/her.

Yep, this ^ exactly.

Her job is to help you, but hiding this from her will make it difficult to do that.
So just telling her, would be the best thing to do.

Exactly bring it up again, she has to listen to your concerns and she'll help if your worried (She should anyways)

I don't have a full grasp on this situation. I assumed you not exactly hid something but not of gone in-depth enough about it. Sorry if it came off the wrong way.

I didnt take it the wrong way and maost of the time in therapy it ends up being just trying to keep me out of a psyhc ward or prison and in school

I would just tell her you want more information about it.
