My penis is always erect and my mind isnt helping. I almost always want to have sex everynight but i dont. Is it normal to have strong urges to have sex like everyday?

You're 14, of course that's normal. Your body is still going through the changes of puberty at that age and the hormones that cause all these lovely changes are stimm running rampant, causing you to feel these urges.
You could try to do something to take your mind off sex, such as hobbies, sports and things like that.
Having erections all the time (constantly) and having urges these strong will pass. :)
