For right now, just tell her it's a friend like Mattie said, and then once you actually are comfortable with yourself, and you are really in the relationship with him, then tell your mom.

Like the others have said, if you're not comfortable telling people you're bi yet, just introduce him as 'a friend'. If you two like each other, you should be together. As long as you get to hang out together then just wait and tell your mom that you're bi when you're ready.
