Well they say the average person should drink up to 12 tall glasses of water a day to help flush out your immune system and bacteria is and stuff. I am actually not sure of there is such a thing as what your asking. I'm pretty sure that regardless of size anybody should be drinking the right amounts of water a day to stay healthy and hydrated

1 ml of water per calorie you have is a minimum really

so if you work out according to your weight how many calories you need, you can work it out

I'll just go with 10 glasses of water a day, that way I don't get a headache trying to figure it out:D

My rule of thumb and I drink mainly water, is using your pee as a gauge. If you are drinking a lot and not peeing, then you more. If you are drinking a lot and peeing a lot then you're hydrated. Everyone is different, no set rule. Pee is a great gauge.

At least 12 to 15 glasses of the water are necessary to maintain the health and to run different body functions.
I drink 15 glasses daily out of these 15 glasses 4 glasses at morning with empty stomach.
