triple j is an Australian alternative radio station. It plays stuff that isn't mainstream and has a huge following with Australians aged 16-30. It's pretty much a radio station for hipsters.

Even though it doesn't play as much mainstream music as most of the other radio stations in Australia, it's still a shit radio station in my opinion. I'd much rather listen to my CD's when I'm driving.
