Surveys belong here. However to answer your question, generally they don't its just like everyone else. A penis doesn't to my knowledge get "fat", the area around the penis can get fat but generally fat people don't have thicker penises because they are fat.

maybe chubs got s lot of skin. i dunno. lol i'm kinda chub and my brother told me that it is the thickest dick he'd ever seen. . . or it is just the only other guys dick that he had seen. lol u didnt asnwer your question. :p

Well maybe if they're hefty from genetics and not just from eating too much then they may have genetics for a thick Dick I'm 15 I'm a chub I guess and I'm 5.5" girth hope I helped
