I have a few Youtube accounts (that I will not name) that I have for different kinds of videos. Well one of them got hacked and a video was uploaded of some kid that I know that is for sure under 18 uploaded a video of him self jerking off. It was banned after like like 5 or 10 minutes of being on the internet and racked up 160 views. Legally I was in posession of child pornography before the video was taken down. I mean I didn't want it there AT ALL. I'm just afraid that The FBI is gonna show up at my house and interview my family and stuff. I am well aware that I won't be thrown in prison but my family will get involved, and itll be really weird; not to mention pointless. I mean they have actual criminals to deal with; not one of my immature former friends! I know who the kid is because he accidentally included a skull tattoo on his abdomen that has his first name in red ink under it in the video. He's only 15. What should I do? Will the feds show up at my door? When I created my account, I said I was born in 1994 which means that according to Youtube, I'm 19 years old. Is there any official way that they will be able to tell he's underage? Please. I'm really scared and freaked out. Please please help :(

I don't think the F.B.I. will come to your house, if they do though, then just tell them about your youtube account getting hacked, and that it's not your fault, the video was uploaded.

The odds of the F.B.I coming to your house are low, so try not to worry.
Everything will be fine. :)

FBI only care about undercover selling of underage stuff.

I don't think you have anything to worry about
YouTube already resolved the issue. It's now in their hands
Just deactivate all your accounts and make a new one that for sur can't or won't be hacke
Also maybe have a talk with this kids parents. Sounds like a little attention seeking kid to me who has yet to grow up. Don't worry
It's his problem just hopefully he doesn't get bullied for it
And If you see the kid I recommend having a chat with him

Yeah, I see what you're saying. Honestly though, I hope he does get bullied. I mean he literally hacked my youtube and jacked off at the camera!

I don't think this issue sounds nearly as serious enough for the FBI to even care. They'll have methods of finding out exactly where and when the video was done anyway and can certainly prove it wasn't out of your computer or Internet.

Doubt the FBI gets involved, and I highly doubt the kid who hacked your account was the same who jacked off for the camera...

You didn't upload it, and you were not in possession of it, it was sitting on a YouTube steaming server, or possibly an Akamai CDN node (same thing... its just a nerdy detail), not on your home computer. Forget about it, and move on. That kind of thing happens on YouTube all the time, don't worry about it. It's not right, but there isn't anything you can do about it. Just use a stronger password, and lock down your online accounts! :)
