I have a TV tuner for my PC and I was wondering if there was a way to broadcast that over the internet or something so I could watch it on another computer.

Remote access will make the video choppy, and remote access doesn't transfer sound.

Ah, never used it. It probably requires expensive software. I don't see why you can't just record and send the files.

And you think it's any smaller in a stream? In order to do that you would need to do Divx, MPEG2, or whatever encoding in real time.

ya in order to encode in real time it would have to be ether a very nive computer or a very small file.

I've used this in the past for this vary thing. It's not the best, but it does work.

It lets you stream the TV throughout your network. You have to stream the channel you want, though. And, you have to change the channel on the computer that is serving it. It's kind of limited, but it does work.
