How Do You Flirt

I Dont understand how to flirt. I am not that outgoing when it comes to talking to a girl face to face. So if i like a girl and am not going out with her, how would i go about flirting with her. can someone explain this.

'Flirting' makes it sound too theatrical and far too complicated! Girls are really just like guys (well, almost like guys, *wink*). Try not to focus so much on them being girls, but just on them being people. And don't try so hard, just talk with them about something you either have in common (like hating that math teacher) or some experience you share (both playing an instrument, both having PE first period, etc.). If all else fails, just relax, take a deep breath, and say 'Hi!', and if you can, compliment her (girls really like that). Then, walk away, say 'C'ya!". Do this a couple of times until you get comfortable, or until there's something else to talk about (something will come up eventually).

It takes a bit of time to start a new acquaintance, start slowly, don't swing for the fences, and remember they're just people, do the same stuff with them in convo that you do with your guy friends and eventually it'll happen.

its just i like girls but i dont know how to talk to them. i no they should be easy to talk to but they arnt. scratch that. girls never talk to me. ever. just girls that i no well. i talk to girls online but at school girls never talk to me other than the ones im really good friends with that i would never date.

Just act like they're boys. Strike up a conversation. Treat them like your friend. Fuck around a little like play fighting, tickling, etc. once they're your friends. Just like you would around boys, but maybe a little more gentle. Girls are humans, not a different species. Treat them as such. There's nothing scary about a girl.

Girls arnt scary we aint monsters :evil2: Just be polite to us and make us laugh. Thats what I like there is no need to be afraid whats the worst we are going to do? We are no different to boys really,

Luckily for me, the girl I like is really friendly :wub:

But to get closer to her I would often talk about our assignments (since we share the same english class). We got closer, and now we're good friends. I compliment her ALL THE TIME. She gets really shy when I say something nice about her (she's damn cute when she's shy :D) and says that I'm too sweet for my own good. Apparently I treat her better than her REAL boyfriend does. So something might happen really soon.

Yep TCG has got it again. Best just to go for it and get it out of the way. and once you have done it once youll get the hang of it. However it will always be a bit nervy.

Girls might not talk with you b/c you don't talk with them! Eventhough they are 'just' people, there are still certain unspoken 'rules', one of which is that it's expected for the guy to make the first move. make the move! just don;t swing for the fences, start off easy, say 'Hi!'. I agree that you should be with them like you are with the guys, however, touching/tickling/rough housing is really a no no until you know them veeery well.

Just start easy, don't say so much, and take your time.
