Well I'm almost 15 in about 3 months, and I'm pretty much 4.5 inches soft.. and 7 inches hard... I'm wondering what the rate is for growing, Like half an inch a year? Idk.

There is no 'rate for growing'; different people grow at different rates. Some grow really quickly, while others take a long time to grow. It all differs from person to person.

First of all, there is no average rate of growing, everyone grows at their own pace, some people won't get full length till their early 20s and some people will get full length at an age like you... I just turned 16 and I have a soft length of about 3.5 inches and hard length of about 6-6.5 inches... I think I am still growing though :D
