I was just wondering what everyones training goals are!


Strength wise in the long term I want develop my all-around Bodily strength to it's full limit,and develop my all-around lifting ability to it's max in the process.

In the short term I want to get to the point I can lift a 150 pound barbell over head with one arm ( and yes i can be done).

As to physique I am aiming for for a build similar to that of the late Eugen Sandow,whose physique was inspired by the anceint Greek and Roman statues of their athletes.

Plus i want to develop over all health,vitality,vigor and flexility as well.

Right now all I want to do is get fit from swim and dance at the same time! Then I'll worry about what I wanna do after I'm full on fit! I am fit already, just wanna be more fit, if you understand what I mean.

Yup you want to reach your genetic potential for fitness.

Am I right on that?

Yup! For a year I've been working on my abs in Dance, but honestly that didn't really do so well, but now with swim, I'll get those abs!

I just want to build muscle up more for my AFL games
Well instead of muscle I mean tone up
Also to make my six pack more noticeable
