A Verizon iPhone can't be unlocked. I sold it because it was on Verizon and I could not make a phone call at my house. I went back to using my AT&T iPhone 3GS on AT&T where I can make calls anywhere. My 3GS is unlocked by AT&T but I prefer AT&T over anyone else.

Here there is only one carrier that an unlocked Verizon iPhone would work on and that IS Verizon. AT&T is GSM and Sprint is CDMA, T-Mobile is GSM and the smaller service providers also use AT&Ts network.

This is why GSM iPhones sell for more money than what a person paid for it to begin with. I sold my 4S 64GB for $500 that I originally bought for on AT&T.

Well they were found not only marking their phones up more than Apple has ever marked any of their products so it is no big surprise that their products are cheaply and crappy made.

That if we ignore the multiple intellectual property violations and designs and technology they have stolen from Apple and Nokia and who knows who else.
