Breakdown

I had a breakdown in school today.
I got a text saying my grandad's condition had worsened.
I just broke down.
I had to leave school early.
I'm embarrassed to go in tomorrow, I feel I made a fool of myself.
It's so frustrating.

i am very sorry to hear about your grandmothers state of health
i hope she gets better soon. things like these are very hard to deal with in life... i hope things get better for you... dont feel embarassed to go back to school if anything your friends and teachers will be happy to see you back and well. you didnt make a fool of yourself.. you had something happen and you needed personal time to think... time alone. theres nothing to be embarassed about... if your up to it talk to your teachers and explain to them your circumstances i am sure they will understand.. i feel you you... take it easy and i hope your grandmother gets well soon <3 hugs

I'm really sorry to hear about your grandmother, and that you had to go through that. I can't tell you how many times I've had a breakdown at school, it's pretty humiliating. Thankfully, most of them were in the nurses or guidance office, or after school, but a couple of them involved me crying in class or having the walk into a class to get my thing after having a breakdown. But you'll be ok. It'll blow over, people won't even remember by next week. And whatever happens with your grandma, you'll get through it. :] Good luck.

dont want to insult.....but its my granDAD
and my classmates and teachers were so supportive when i got the text.
the vice principal dropped me home. my 2 friends were let of class to come with me.
my form teacher and the secretary were so nice.
they must have dealt with this soooo many times before.

im sorry to about that, iv lost family to and its not fun.

but u shouldnt be scared to go in cause what happened to you is completely understandable. i hope things get better for you and your family.

My grandad passed today.......RIP
