Worst weight lifting video ever!

This has to be the worst weightlifting video I have ever seen.

Let me state for the RECORD this is "Continental style lifting" not clean style lifting which is also known as Internatuonal Lifting ,and as Olympic Lifting.

What makes this video the worst weightlifting video should be apparent even to people who have never seen real Continental Lifting before,and that is the fact they are using was too much weight.

Guys I have done a bit of Continental style lifting and it's actually fun,but yeh these peeps not only disgrace Continental style lifting ,but make em wat to lay on the floor holding my back while twitching for them:eek:
