You're getting pre-cum which is a sign you are pretty close to getting a full blown ejaculation. If you are saying that the clear liquid comes out when you get a really good feeling (orgasm), then my guess is that you are ejaculating. Pre-cum usually comes out long before the good feeling while you are jacking off. It seems like to me that you are ejaculating already.

When did you start making the clear stuff? Has it started recently, or was it around for a while?
