I fall into all of the medical criteria
A. Continuous depressive and hypomaniac episodes, for me now half a year.
B.Symptoms for almost all of the period. Yup.
C. No major depressive episode. I got about to there. I might've been bipolar and it changed to cyclothymia.
D. symptoms not well accounted for by schizophrenia. yeah. im not nuts.
E. not due to substance or other condition. definite.
F. symptoms cause distress in social, occupational, or other forms of functioning. Definitely!

Well all we can say is if you're worried go and get checked out :p It's crossed my mind that I might have this before, but i've noticed that when i'm diagnosing myself I fit into quite a few different illnesses :p So all you can do to know for definite is to go to a doctor. I'm too scared to get in touch with proffessionals again though :p

Yeah.... Ive been worried... If I was a psychologist, I'd officially diagnose it in 1/2 a year.

I fit myself with bipolar, but the symptoms are more extreme than what I experience.
