Wow you're stuck there. Honestly, I wouldn't date either of them. It's not worth breaking up their friendship over. You should talk to them both together and tell them you won't date either of them because you don't want them to hate each other. I know you're a guy and apparently you don't think the same way as us girls but there are a load of other girls out there and I'm sure you'll find one that reciprocates your interest in them that isn't part of a tangled web.
