Honestly, a normal looking vagina will have all of the basics.... hair, inner labia, a hole (sometimes big, sometimes tiny), and just an overall vagina look to it.

However, all girls have different "looks" to their vagina, so there's no universal description I could give you, haha

I'm shaved right now but used to have alot of hair. My inner lips used to be realy closed and tight but i've been having sex for a few years and they are alot more open now. its all normal, like everyone else said.

What your actually referring to is the vulva. If you have a clit with inner and outer labia and an openning to the vaginal canal than congradulations your have a normal looking vulva. The vagina is actually the part that is inside so you can't really see it unless your a gynocologist.

And if you really had no inner labia that would be abnormal as well as hair inside the vagina. I think it would be extremely difficult to shave the actual vagina since the hair grows on the outer lips, inner thigh and mons pubis. All girls have inner and outer labia it's just some girls inner lips are small enough to be hidden by the outer lips.

I for one would take it as an insult if anyone told me I wasn't normal down there just because I didn't look the way they think it should look. And FYI most pictures in playboy and other magazines of this type, The female genitia of the women are airbrushed to erase the inner labia from protruding past the outer lips

my inner lips are not visible from the outside...besides i shave. it looks clean and tidy this way, but i dont't see why a different look wouldnt be normal

It's already been said, but there's no such thing a "normal" vagina.
We are all unique and BEAUTIFUL in our own way.
Weather u shave or not is your own choice and totally up to you.
Like someone else already said too.....not all penises look the same, and I'm glad they don't. cause it's kinda exciting to unzip a guys pants for the first time cause u never know exactly what it will look like. (big,small, fat, skinny, curved,etc.)
